1.Easy Change

Provided that the products you send for exchange have not been used, you must ship them within 7 days from the date you receive them. There is no possibility of exchange or return for the products with the campaign. If the relevant period is exceeded, the exchange will not take place. You do not need to order the product again to make an exchange. After the product you have sent reaches our company, if the product you requested is available in our stocks, it will be exchanged and sent to your address as soon as possible. During this period, do not call our company and request a product reservation. When the product is exchanged, you will be informed by e-mail that your product has been shipped.

Exchanged products are not refundable. However, you can change again. When you want to make a change again, all you have to do is redo what you did for the first change. Refunds are made for your non-exchanged orders. During the return of these products, shipping charges will be deducted and the amount to be refunded will be credited to your credit card.

Note: Used products in the products you send for exchange will not be accepted and will be sent to you with a refund.

Note: For undelivered products, the customer's shipping fee is deducted and the return process is carried out.

Note: Used or broken items will not be accepted in the items you send for return.
